As Director of eCommerce for Air France, Richard was founder of the Computer Airline Sales & Marketing Association (CASMA). The CASMA organization actively today enables the airlines to exchange ideas and discuss issue related to their CRS and GDS services.
Henry Harteveldt – arguably “the voice of the travel industry” – is one of the world’s most well-known, respected, and sought-after travel industry analysts and advisors.
Henry has been an travel industry analyst for more than 14 years, focusing extensively on the airline, lodging/hospitality and cruise sectors. He has published more than 125 reports on a variety of topics, including traveler behavior, loyalty marketing, eCommerce, mobile, product merchandising/retailing, and distribution.
Prior to starting Atmosphere Research, Henry spent nearly 12 years leading the global travel industry research and consulting practice at Forrester Research, Inc.. Before joining Forrester, Henry spent more than 15 years in marketing, planning, and distribution at companies such as Continental Airlines, Fairmont Hotels Management Company, and GetThere.

As Budget Rent a Car’s Senior Vice President for Worldwide Marketing, Sales/Reservations, and credit card operations he led a team of over 1100 professionals. His leadership in marketing and corporate strategic planning helped the firm to set reservation records that significantly increased market share and revenue in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
As MCA’s Executive Vice President he helped plan and position the successful launch of Universal Studios Florida, the first major competitor to Disney World. He hired, trained and deployed Universal’s Sales and Marketing Departments.
An acknowledged expert in new product development, David has introduced dozens of new products in his career, including a number of firsts. For Cellular One, Verizon and PacBell, respectively, he helped introduce the first wireless phone, high speed Internet service and digital video entertainment service.
David has deep experience with all aspects of commercial web development, digital marketing, ecommerce and content development He helped launch start-ups such as networkprogrammers.com, digitaldoctor.com, websitepros.com and healthstring.com.
A double Northwestern University graduate, David earned his BA from the College of Arts and Sciences and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

She has held key roles in marketing, sales, travel distribution, data acquisition and management.
